	The Skinny:	Occasionally entertaining horror-comedy that is too languid and inconsequential to rate as a suitable time-killer. Fans of Dayo Wong or Deannie Yip: rejoice! Fans of Anita Yuen: watch something else.
	Review by Kozo:	Languid horror-comedy that proves to be all right if being bored doesn't bother you too much. Dayo Wong stars as a married fella who always fights with his harridan mother-in-law Deannie Yip, though he's enamored of wife Anita Yuen. Due to lots of circumstances, Deannie bites it and is reincarnated, which is damn lucky because daughter Anita is about to get haunted by a vengeful ghost (Yolinda Yan) who has her own issues. Dayo Wong and Deannie Yip essentially carry this film, which means lots of overacting from Yip and sarcasm from Wong. What's truly notable about this unnecessary cinematic exercise is the big screen return of exiled Best Actress Anita Yuen, who plays "the wife" in this movie. As such, there's little present of her formerly ubiquitous charm that defined many a nineties HK flick. Clarence Fok directed, but the genre isn't his strong suit. The film ultimately ends in a satisfactory manner, but getting there is probably a chore for only the most die-hard fan of Wong or Yip. Including Anita Yuen in there would be unfair, because this is most likely not a film that would please her fans. Time to watch He's a Woman, She's a Man again. (Kozo 2000)
